Our Solution

The Company has developed a water-resistant ceramic fibre paper using energy-efficient, low-cost centrifugal spinning technology. This product, which incorporates immobilized nanomaterials, has been designed to address corrosion caused by moisture absorption, offering heat insulation at temperatures up to 650°C in wet and vapory areas. It has been produced with non-toxic MgO fibres, replacing harmful alumina silicate fibres, and is free from asbestos, reducing health risks. The product provides high-temperature insulation, corrosion resistance, flexibility, and thermal shock resistance, and is ideal for industrial furnaces, saving 20%-40% in energy, reducing furnace weight by 90%, and decreasing steel structure weight by 70%, while also contributing to lower carbon emissions.
