He earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Azad University in Tehran, Iran, where he honed his skills in engineering software, general software solutions, and strategic negotiation techniques. Over the course of eight years, he served as a manager at a leading industrial company, overseeing critical operations and driving significant advancements. Later, he founded Adak Sanat Polymer Co., where he led the design and development of heavy vehicle parts and established Iran’s first catalytic converter support mat manufacturing company after three years of intensive research and development. His innovative mindset and leadership abilities contributed to the growth and operational success of his ventures. As the CEO of Adak Technologies, Mr. Jafarifesharaki will apply his deep technical expertise and entrepreneurial vision to ensure the company’s innovative ceramic fibre products achieve global recognition and success.
Shadi Karimi

Mrs. Shadi Karimi Razakani is a skilled engineer and marketing professional with a strong academic and professional background. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Materials Engineering from the University of Tehran and a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing. Her early career began with an internship in industrial manufacturing, followed by roles as a field engineer and sales engineer, where she honed her skills in client relations and technical sales for nearly five years. Her MBA studies further equipped her with the strategic and analytical skills necessary for high-impact marketing initiatives. With expertise in AutoCAD, MATLAB, and Microsoft Office applications, she has contributed to streamlining marketing and engineering workflows. As CMO of Adak Technologies, Mrs. Karimi Razakani is responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies that will drive customer engagement and business growth, positioning the company as a leader in ceramic fibre technology
Arash Ghashghaei

Mr. Arash Ghashghaei is a dynamic and forward-thinking aerospace engineer with extensive expertise in flight mechanics and control. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Azad University and a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Sharif University of Technology, both in Tehran, Iran. While completing his master’s, he served as a Teaching Assistant, sharing his knowledge with undergraduate students. He began his professional career as a Flight Dynamics and Control Specialist, contributing to significant advancements in aerospace technology for three years, before transitioning to managerial roles in the metalworks division of a manufacturing company, where he oversaw operations for two years. Since 2017, he has held advisory roles in international affairs and project management while leading engineering initiatives at Adak Sanat Polymer Co. Notably, Mr. Ghashghaei played a key role in establishing the Adak Sanat Polymer ceramic fiber paper manufacturing line, the first of its kind in Iran and the Middle East, while also providing technical expertise and managing the engineering department to drive innovation and operational excellence. As CTO of Adak Technologies, Mr. Ghashghaei will spearhead research and development efforts to maintain the company’s technological edge in ceramic fiber innovation.
Zahra Aghakhanpoor

“Mrs. Zahra Aghakhanpoor is an experienced project manager with over two decades in software engineering and IT operations. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from Azad University, Tehran, specializing in programming languages, database management, and software development tools. Zahra began her career as a programmer before transitioning into IT operations, where she worked for six years managing complex systems. From 2019 to 2021, she served as a Senior Expert in the Customer Management subcategory at Informatics Service Corporation (ISC), prioritizing tasks, identifying customer needs, and ensuring efficient operations. She led cross-functional teams, organized meetings, and delivered reports to drive goal achievement. Prior to this, Zahra spent over a decade as Senior Expert of Customer Service, focusing on client communication, problem-solving, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Since 2021, she has led development projects at Adak Sanat Polymer Co., where her strategic planning and technical knowledge have fostered significant progress. As COO of Adak Technologies, she will ensure smooth operations, driving growth in Canadian and global markets.
Mahdi Doozandegan

Mr. Mahdi Doozandegan Hokmabad is an innovative mechanical engineer with a robust academic and professional background. He earned his Bachelor and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tehran and Sharif University of Technology, respectively. During his studies, he served as a teaching assistant, educating students in key engineering disciplines such as thermodynamics and fluid mechanics. He began his career as an engineering expert and progressed to leadership roles, including department head and technical manager, where he implemented cutting-edge research and development projects. His work in standards advisory and R&D leadership at Adak Sanat Polymer Co. further refined his skills in product innovation and commercialization strategies. As CCO of Adak Technologies, Mr. Hokmabad leverages his technical expertise and industry insights to develop commercial strategies that expand the company’s market presence and establish its reputation as a provider of high-quality, non-toxic ceramic fibre solutions.
